Abstract:Objective:To analyze the occurrence and characteristics of ADRs occurring in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 and to provide references for the rational use of drugs in clinic.Method;139 ADR cases collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were statistically analyzed.Result:The antimicrobial drug-induced ADRs accounted for 87.05%of 139 cases,and the most common occurrence of ADRs were the intravenous administration accounting for 89.92%.ADRs occurred systemically and were characterized predominantly by skin lesion(40.29%),then by the alimentary system (17.27%),and by the central and peripheral nervous system damage as a third(11.51%),etc.Conclusion:The medical staff's awareness of ADR reporting and monitoring should be enhanced and drug monitoring,further improved in order to prevent and reduce the incidence of ADRs and to promote the clinical use of drugs to ensure patients's afety of drug use.
