Study on management mode in different discipline contest in laboratories of colleges and universities

Abstract:Colleges and universities all around the cultivation of high quality innovative talents in chemistry , etc. ,promote the teaching in higher education this one proposition ,in chemistry contest. Subject competition is collective scientific and technological activities for university students ,as the subject of race there are a lot of incentive mechanisms , the increase in the number of students participating in the competition makes competition growing. In chemistry competition process , how to resolve the tension as compared to the laboratory resources ,how to coordinate the chemistry contest with normal experiment class conflict ,and how to enhance the laboratory management are particularly important. Following on college chemistry contest in laboratory management problems that exist in the analysis and exploration , this paper puts forward the measures and methods for solving these problems .
