Abstract:The national culture security is one of the important domains of contemporary non-traditional security studies. In the nationalistic universal system, the major aspects of national culture security are political culture security, language and information security, and civil education system security. The wide field of nontraditional security studies inspires national governments to pay more attention to the benign interaction between domestic cultural innovation stratagem and transnational culture exchange stratagem. First, they reflect the history of ideology ″cold war″ between U.S. and Soviet Union, and reevaluate the function of national political ideology, all these reflections and reevaluations possess the consciousness of ″open″ and (″transcendence″). Secondly, in order to protect the native language and information security, most governments start to advocate and cherish the multiplex unity. Thirdly, many state leaders now focus on the transnational education network system and carefully deal with the tendency of study abroad. They are trying to encourage these exchange education programs and reform the domestic education system at the same time. All these changes offer many inspirations for us to establish the strategy of contemporary Chinese culture security. First, Chinese political culture needs modern (opening and enlightened) nationality and China can cooperate with others to create the common transnational ideology. China can also actively participate in the construction of international cultural criterions. Secondly, we should make innovation to our self-knowledge of ″great power of national culture″. Thirdly, we have to enhance the transnational cooperation to supervise those cross-nation linkage of cultural extremists and be on guard against different type of confusions based on cultural non-consciousness.
