Abstract:Three different curing agents(BPO,DCP and DTBP)in unsaturated polyester were investigated through DSC method.The optimal curing temperatures of this three curing agent systems were determined and the curing kinetics of BPO and DCP systems were studied in detail.The effects of three different toughners(pure liquid PIB,PIB-g-MAH and PIB-g-GMA)on the unsaturated polyester's curing behavior were also studied.
