Biomarkers in Blood for Early Diagnosing Alzheimer’s Disease

Abstract:Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is the most common cause of dementia among older people.Although the pathogenesis of AD is still not fully understood,it has been well acknowledged that intervention should be taken at early stage of the disease.Therein,identifying biomarkers for early diagnosis of AD is critical at present.The results in the search for candidate biomarkers derived from blood,including the limitations and the perspectives of the field,were summarized.
