Abstract:This paper elaborates the development of spatial structure in our country.Because the forms and types are colorful and incessantly innovating,it is necessary to divide spatial structure by component elements.After the 21th century,the development of our nation’s spatial structure comes into a new period that the application range and fields for spatial structure extend continuously.Besides the large-span public buildings such as gymnasiums and airports,there are extensive and innovative applications including large-scale railway stations,stations awning without column,bridges and high-rise buildings for spatial structure.About the international cooperation,it is suggested to have an open mind and optimistic view towards the fact that that architecture scheme for our nation’s spatial structures are frequently led by foreign companies.China is already a country with a great deal of the top of the world spatial structures,thus it is our responsibility to strive to create even better and advanced spatial structures.Some issues which we should pay more attention are pointed out.

Abstract:Football is among the world’s most popular sports. It is also one which China has sought to develop in the field of global professional sport. Nevertheless, the professionalization of football in China has not to date actually improved China’s Olympic achievement in the sport. In stark contrast to the glory of being the country that won most gold medals at the 2008 Olympics, China’s poor football performance has been troublesome for the country’s leader. In 2009, newly elected Xi Jin-Ping made a public statement about promoting elite football and expressed his personal hope that China would be capable of both qualifying for the final stages and winning the FIFA World Cup. With such concern on the part of the state leader, attention turned to football, with many private enterprises beginning to echo government policy by demonstrating a willingness to promote elite football. In addition, to accelerate football development, the Chinese Government promised to take action on the separation of government football associations. Research on this process was based on the theoretical framework of state corporatism derived from Schmitter’s work of 1974. Semi-structured interviews were conducted as the method of data collection aimed at helping us understand how Chinese Government either integrated or controlled relevant stakeholders such as NGOs and private enterprises, and further, to discuss the interactions between them.

Abstract:It is not well-known world-wide but football has now become the most popular sport in China, despite the prominence in the world's media of Chinese athletes, swimmers and gymnasts. As yet, however, the performance of China's men's football team has failed to impress. As recently as 1998 the national team ranked only 51st in the world. There are various articles dealing with the reasons for such an unsatisfactory state of affairs,1 but there is a lack of literature on Chinese football in general. Furthermore, the few articles available, both in Chinese and English, are mainly technique-oriented and systematic, and convincing analyses of the social, cultural, political and historical aspects of the sport are still in short supply. Consequently, to this day, various questions about Chinese football remain unanswered. How did modern football evolve in China? What dramatic changes have taken place over the last decades? What factors have determined its development and what is its future? This article, based on both Chinese archival records and published documents, deals, albeit briefly, with the evolution of football in the Peoples' Republic of China (PRC), but more especially with recent developments in an effort to discern the Chinese effort to stand proudly on the world football stage. As such, this article is by no means comprehensive and does not pretend to be authoritative but it is a beginning - and a rare exploration of Chinese sources.

Abstract:The burgeoning field of football tourism represents a significant intersection of sports enthusiasm and travel, yet its dynamics, particularly in emerging markets like Chengdu, China, remain underexplored. The research aimed to elucidate how various factors, including motivation for football tourism, online word of mouth, subjective norms, destination image, and attitudes, influence the intention to engage in football tourism in Chengdu. With an emphasis on a quantitative survey to gather empirical data. The survey reached fans of various football clubs who had experience with football tourism in Chengdu, resulting in 609 valid responses. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), employing SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0 for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability, validity tests, and model construction. Key findings revealed that motivation, online word of mouth, and subjective norms significantly influence both the image of football tourism destinations and attitudes towards football tourism. These, in turn, have a notable impact on the intention to visit football tourism destinations. The study underscores the importance of destination image and social influences in shaping tourist attitudes and intentions, offering insights into the decision-making processes of potential football tourists. In conclusion, this research provides a deeper understanding of the determinants of football tourism in Chengdu. It offers valuable insights for stakeholders in optimizing strategies and offerings to capitalize on the growing market of football tourism, emphasizing the role of digital platforms and social factors in shaping tourist preferences and decisions.

Abstract:Football in China is undergoing an unprecedented expansion, the result of targeted industrial policy, private sector investment, and the increased popularity of the world's most popular game in the world's most populous nation. Yet, as China's own football infrastructure matures and foreign clubs seek to establish new fanbases there, little is known about Chinese football fans themselves, the ways in which they express their fandom, or the methods by which they consume football. This study aims to take a first step in identifying and exploring football fandom in the People's Republic of China, with a view to critically understanding the context out of which it has emerged, and its likely trajectory of development in the short-to-medium term. Adopting an inductive approach to survey research to explore the attitudes, behaviours and activities of Chinese football fans, an online survey resulting in 710 usable responses was conducted on a Chinese online survey platform Wenjuanxing ((SIC)) for three weeks in March 2018. Our research identifies similarities with fandom found elsewhere in the world, yet with key differences generally characteristic of Chinese football fans resulting from the geography, distance and league structures of China's domestic football infrastructure. A tendency to support more than one club, often one domestic and one foreign club, is also noted, with distinct methods of consumption which eschew traditional forms such as match attendance.

Abstract:Abstract In the developed countries of the world, the interests of society are increasingly becoming oriented towards acquaintance with the cultural characteristics that characterize the identity of a particular region. The result of interaction with national traditions, as components of culture is clearly demonstrated by architecture. In relation to China, its rich cultural heritage has become a source for creating unique modern museum structures. This paper analyzes a number of design solutions of museum constructions in the PRC, which clearly represent actual ways of rethinking of cultural traditions. Using the example of the Ningbo History Museum, the Xinjin Zhi Museum in Chengdu, the Folk-art galleries for China Academy of Arts and the Museum of Handcraft Paper, professional methods that determine architectural nature of museum structure are systematized. At the same time, they act as carriers of local features expressing “the spirit of the place”.

At present, although the development of campus football in China has been advancing steadily, some problems have been exposed in the process of development. On the whole, there are still many problems in the development of campus football in China, and the current situation is not optimistic. The author combined with their own experience, through consulting all kinds of references, carefully analyzed the current situation of the development of college campus football, and analyzed all kinds of influencing factors, and then put forward a series of innovative countermeasures from multiple angles, to build a new model in line with the requirements of the development of University campus football, hoping to benefit the development of college campus football.

Abstract:From the 1950s to the 1970s, China exported 16 foreign aid stadiums, which occupied a considerable proportion of China's foreign aid construction and stood out due to their unique qualities. This study aims to explore the historical development of these stadiums in the initial period to clarify the development trends of early China's stadium aid and the main factors influencing it. According to an exploration based on a series of historical studies, qualitative comparative analyses, interviews and case studies, this study reveals that China's foreign stadium aid transitioned from labour support to design support under the influence of governmental, architectural and additional factors. This study fills a gap in the academic literature, provides new perspectives for current research into China's foreign aid construction, and provides indispensable supplements for Chinese sports architecture and modern architecture.
