Abstract:Analyzes the character of digital ultrasonic test.The model of digital ultrasonic test based on ultrasonic board is developed.The ultrasonic test robot has five axis based on servo.Kinematical analysis of control system is advanced.The switch matrix between curved surface ultrasonic test detector and coordinate system of connecting rod clevel is offered.Visualization is introduced in ultrasonic test data processing.Put forward three visualization method.They are geometry method,color method and quasi-3d model technology.
