Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of quality of life and its influencing factors of the patients with chronic heart failure in home.Method A total of 155 patients with chronic heart failure in home were investigated with Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire,the European Heart Failure Self-care Behavior Scale,chronic disease self-efficacy scale.Results The score of patients'quality of life was(45.47±26.10).The cardiac function grading,self-efficacy,times of hospitalization,self-care behavior and age were the main influencing factors.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure in home was significantly impaired.Some measures should be taken to improve their quality of life.The community intervention system which should be constructed which make the disease management as the core and play with their ability as the focus.
