Abstract:This paper based on the Web Services,and on the specific requirements analysis and practical application foundation.Designed and developed the nephrology management follow-up information system's function module to change the past manual mode of gathering the follow-up treatment information,in order to improve follow-up quality and efficiency and to promote the application of follow-up information system,so which can play a very positive impact on the management of chronic kidney disease(CKD) process,the control of the renal medical disease,the curative effect of analysis and clinical research applications.At last it can be extended to other clinical departments.
