On the Innovation in Practice Teaching and the Career Planning for College Students

Abstract:There are many defects in the career planning for college students.The development of occupational career is closely related to the practice teaching.At present,the practice teaching is short of the content of career planning,so innovating the system of practice teaching as well as its pattern,management and environment is not only the primary basis of college students′ development of occupational career,but also the primary content of the reform of the talent cultivation mode in a university and the effective approach to realize the target of talent cultivation.
