Abstract:The industrial Internet is a new industrial ecology, key infrastructure and new application mode that deeply integrates the new generation of information and communication technology with the industrial economy. It is based on the network, platform as the hub, data as the element, security as the guarantee, through the comprehensive connection of human, machine and material, it changes the traditional manufacturing mode, production organization mode and industrial form. The construction of a new industrial manufacturing and service system connecting the whole factors, the whole industrial chain and the whole value chain is the key and difficult point of enterprise management for supporting the construction of a strong manufacturing country and a strong network country, upgrading the modernization level of the industrial chain, promoting high-quality economic development, and building a new development pattern. At present, there are some problems in equipment management of domestic petrochemical enterprises, such as low efficiency of comprehensive management, insufficient integration of information system, difficulty in data sharing, inadequate integration of risk management technology, high maintenance cost, and great loss of shutdown. In recent years, the petrochemical industry equipment caused by the frequent production safety accidents, equipment management concept from institutionalized management to systematic management, digital, networking, intelligent importance of increasingly prominent. Statistics from the National Industrial Information Security Development and Research Center for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises show that equipment management and service demand account for the highest proportion. It is an inevitable choice to build a comprehensive and integrated equipment integrity management platform.
