Abstract:In modern times,while Western learnings were introduced into China,Confucian classics became historiography.The East Zhejiang scholarship integrated the classics with the institution,which made it an important site for modern scholars to communicate between the old（China） and the new（West）,and build the new academic system.Liu Xianxin regarded the East Zhejiang scholarship his principal learning.He compiled The Collection of Roots（Xianhe Lu） many times,and constructed an academic genealogy of the East Zhejiang scholarship which perceived the Wuzhou historiography as the surface and Yaojiang Neo-Confucianism as the core.Moreover,Liu Xianxin explored the academic origin of literary and historical collation of the East Zhejiang School in the way of "knowing the categories and understanding the general system",and tried to integrate the study of life with the study of classics and history,in order to achieve the modern transformation of Chinese scholarship.The paper probes the sources and purposes of the original meaning and theme of Xianhe Lu,and hopes to show that the modern East Zhejiang School had been constantly shaped in the historical context and academic network.In addition,the paper also tends to provide some thoughts on how to clarify the changes of modern scholarship and analyze the transformation of Chinese civilization.

Abstract:Yang Yushen is a "night watchman" who persists in to academic China for his long-year and careful acadmic criticism work.His criticism on all kinds of phenomenas of corrupt learning,inelegant learning and nonstandard learning not only pushed the discovery and the reestablishment of academic norm forward,but also open the academic public space,making a theory of dialogue and negotiation come into China's academic community.Also,his criticism in some professional fields aims at multiple establishment: setting up faith and discipline,rebuilding academic tradition and so on.Therefore,a function of advocating good is added into his role of "night watchman",in addition to punishing bad.

Abstract:The mainstream criticism of academics in the Han Dynasty was performed not only in the different social fielels, but between different academic systems and schools, and among the individuals. It touched upon the aspects such as the standpoints, methods, and achievements of the academic researchers and formed a series of relative fixed concepts, among which master of scholar, know-all scholar, vulgar scholar, and aged scholar were the representatives. Generally, the ordinary scholar showed his sincere respects to the first two kinds of scholars, while the know-all scholar expressed his contempt to vulgar scholar and those who were a bit less learned than the vulgar. Besides appointing a group of famous or great scholar, the court also showed its respect to aged scholar and experienced scholar. Historically, the essential thinking of the mainstream criticism of academics influenced the academic development of the Han Dynasty politically and academically.

Abstract:This paper focuses on the problems which are opened by Deng Zheng-lai’s work Reflection and Criticism.The conver-sion and adjustment of the visual angle of connection makes Deng’s penetration and criticism of the knowledge,the sys-tem of knowledge and the apparatuses of producing knowledge reach an unprecedented depth.The following scan and argumentation of the visual angle of synchronicity makes Deng’s current theorizing of Chinese legal philosophy attain to new stature,too.Deng’s deconstruction and criticism of juristic structurized being is a little inferior to his deconstruc-tion and criticism of academic structurized being,while these two kinds of structurized being are of the same character.The building of China’s legal ambition prospect should be based on the building of idiographic system,which is ensured by the system-rationality,namely forming a new thinking method and rebuilding of academic system and tradition,which are not only referred but also practiced by Deng.

Abstract:Professor Zhang Peiheng accepted Marxism ever since his younger years.He admired Lu Xun's artistic thoughts all through his life.He studied modern literature,foreign literature and literary theories with Professor Jia Zhifang and had an empathy with the May Fourth ethos and the mission of modern intellectuals.He studied ancient literature and skepticism with Professor Zhu Dongrun,received fundamental training of ancient classics and moral uprightness from Professor Jiang Tianshu.He later drew the advantages from the Sinology studies in Japan and achieved great success in Chinese literature research.He had become leading authority of the humanities and excellent inheritor of Fudan's academic tradition.

Abstract:In recent years,studies on the impact of internet on civil society in China become a heated field.We review present studies and point out their weaknesses here in a critical and reflective way.First,thanks to NGOs' contribution in 2008 Wenchuan great earthquake,many scholars overestimate the development of civil society in China;second,under western centrism and technological determinism,they simply interpret the internet as a platform for social forces to challenge the state;third,as to the issue of web public sphere,thinness of theoretical resources,inadequate inquiries of group polarization,and simplistic understanding of rationality in online discussion are major drawbacks.At last,to further the research,we propose some approaches:multiply theoretical foundations,shift research perspectives,explore new research methods and select proper methodology consciously and reflectively.

Abstract:In the era of highlighted instrumental rationality and technological rationality,the research of the humanities and social sciences has been in a relatively indigent situation with a lack of academic autonomy,and the space of academic research also tends to be hampered by more and more other forces.Communication as a marginal field of study seems particularly anxious because its identity has long been unacknowledged by the academia,thus the relevant academic rethinking has never stopped.The construction of communication theories is a consequence of the interactions among complex social network forces.The constraints not only come from the disciplines and temptations of political and economic power,but also from the growing bureaucracy and the struggles of position and power in the academic field,and even from the resistance and disesteem of other disciplines.The long-term marginal academic status dampens the autonomy of communication research gravely.To step out of the crisis,scholars must carry out autonomy reflections,break the barriers between disciplines,pay attention to the reconstruction of concepts,face directly the plight and suffering of the human society,and strive to reveal and construct knowledge-consistent theoretical systems with humanistic solicitude.

Abstract:The academy system is an ancient traditional education model, and the student community is a new ideological education field of modern universities. How to integrate the ancient academy system tradition into the construction of modern university communities has become an important link to improve the governance system and governance ability of modern universities. Theories such as "three-whole education", "community education", "free and comprehensive development of people" and "the return of the way of university" have provided the historical background and theoretical origin for the reform of the academy system. However, in the process of promoting the construction of the academy system, there are still some problems, such as insufficient attention to community education, separated emphasis on academy and college, and lack of humanistic spirit in universities. This paper attempts to explore the long-term mechanism of college system reform from three aspects: double-track system, tutorial system and liberal arts system. In April 2020, eight departments such as the Ministry of Education issued the Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of the Ideological and Political Work System in Colleges and Universities (Education, Ideology and Politics (2020) No. 1), which stated: "Promote the construction of 'one-site' student communities. Relying on the academy, dormitory and other part of student living zone, we will explore the reform of student organization form, management mode and service mechanism, promote the Party and league organizations, administrative departments and service units to enter the zones and carry out their work, so as to push the leadership, management, service and ideological and political forces of the university and college to the front line of education management and service for students. The zone will be built into an educational and life garden that integrates students' ideological education, teacher-student exchanges, cultural activities and life services." On September 17, 2020, the General Secretary visited Yuelu Academy to further clarify the inheritance and innovation of the traditional Chinese academy system. Community is not only a place for college students to live, but also an important place to train young people to grow up. Community plays an increasingly important role in strengthening campus management, serving students' life, and promoting the reform and development of colleges and universities.

Abstract:Chen Yinque,the great historian,wrote a series of prefaces to the works by other scholars and epilogues with reference to old documents,in which he reflected on his academic experience and research methods,and expressed his feelings about life and worldly affairs.These writings are not only based on Chen's interpretation and affirmation of the significance of the academic researches with his sympathy of understanding,but also serve as a way to comfort his friends,which can be seen as important materials to reveal Chen Yinque's academic approaches and spirits as well as his attitude towards life.This article discusses Chen's research methods in history studies by analyzing dozens of his prefaces and epilogues collected in the Anthology of Chen Yinque,and also attempts to interpret Chen Yinque both as a person and as a scholar in an alternative way.

Abstract:In recent years,more attention has been directed to problems in the studies of international relations in China,namely,separation of theory and practice,lack of originality in theory,methodology that lags behind,irregular academic criteria and weakness in academic criticism.As a result of reflections on these issues,the author suggests that being aware of these problems in our own studies will promote combination of international relation theories with practice and will be a means to ensure theoretical innovation.We should take advantage of our tradition in emphasizing history to enhance dialogue between theory and history,reinforce researches on methodology by adding to our store of knowledge skills of quantitative studies and improving our ability to conduct qualitative studies.Meanwhile,we should not neglect establishment of academic criteria to carry out academic criticism scientifically.

Abstract:This paper mainly responds to the three theoretical problems put forward by Prof.Wang Feng-cai,Prof.Xu Chang-fu and Prof.Han Shui-fa in the conference on my academic thoughts.First of all,I shall argue that my comments on Marx in published writings are theoretically consistent.Secondly,I shall emphasise the fact that in the context of Kant's practical reason,although ideas play a constructive role when they concern such object as "highest goodness",they generally play a regulative role.Finally,I shall argue that there is the complex relationship between critique and constitution.Obviously,without profound critical opinions,the rational points of view are impossible.On the contrary,it is difficult for critique to grasp the essence of actual life without rational constituent points of view.According to my opinion,those constituent points of view formed in a definite historical context cannot be used dogmatically,but need to be revised in terms of various concrete situations.
