Abstract:Data structure is one of the most essential and fundamental courses of the computer science.However,there are several common issues faced by the general students,one being the failure of distinction between theory and actual practice,another may be the lack of self-teach ability and intiatives among students.This paper will explore and discuss the status quo of data structure course and will attempt to provide suggestions for modification and reform in areas such as the content being taught,the method used for teaching,and the direction on experimental design,etc..By using the model of which puts Students is the center,we will attempt to enhance the incorporation of theories and practice in the data structure course.By making adjustments to the existing version of class projects,we aim to resolve what have previously been considered complex problems in the content and clarify them once and for all.We will also attempt to generalize the theories and to summarize them into something more simple,as well as to redesign some of the experiments in the hopes that they can effectively be used for theory testing in order to help students better understand the subject.These purposed improvements will be applied to a small experimental class,which will then be compared to classes that have not been improved in any way.The results will prove the effectiveness of the purposed improvements,which in turn can help revolutionize the data structure course.

Abstract:In view of the current research and practice on the experimental teaching for the data structure in China,the experimental teaching system for the data structure is constructed.The objective and content of the experimental teaching are designed so as to let the ordinary students learn more solidly and good students learn more knowledge.The online open experimental platform for the data structure is developed so that the experimental teaching can be carried out anytime and anywhere without time and space restrictions.Through the practice,students' initiative to participate in experiments is enhanced,and their design and application ability for the data structure and algorithm is effectively trained and improved.It has promoted the accumulation and sharing of experimental resources.

Abstract:Datastructure course is both theoretical and practical.Its experimental teaching is a very important step in the process of teaching.This paper analyzed the problems existing in teaching;proposed three-layer hierarchical subgoals:understanding Abstract concepts of theory,learning typical applications of theory,cultivating students' ability of resolving practical problems step by step.It also proposed three-layer phase gradual experimental teaching contents according to the above three-layer hierarchical subgoals respectively,and discussed the time schedule to assign and check the task,and the means for examination.This plan has already been used in real teaching process,and has got a good teaching result.

Abstract:A significant research on reform and practice in bilingual teaching for the course of Data Structure and Algorithm is presented in this paper. The specific course teaching model suitable for practical situation of the university that the researchers are working for is gradually built up through integrating international concepts of higher education, constructing comprehensive teaching resources, reforming teaching methods and strategies, and training a high-level bilingual teaching team. It is proved by the practice that the teaching quality and comprehensive ability of undergraduates are being improved, the capability of teaching staff is being promoted, and the demonstration and radiation effects of the course are emerging gradually. All of these improvements indicate that the reform on the course is effective as the goal of course planning is successfully achieved.
