Abstract:Today many woman volleyball team make rapid progress with astonishing strength.After the Beijing Olympic Games,many of the strong world's women's volleyball team set about the active cultivation of new talents for the preparation for the London Olympics.Meanwhile,the Chinese women's volleyball team has made significant adjustments as well.It has recruited a few young players with potential due to the retirement of some senior players.However,the replacement of the coach has raised doubts about whether the new team can make another brilliant achievement.According to my research,I consider that at present the Chinese women's volleyball team does not have an obvious technical and tactical superiority,considering the fact that the current line-up system of the team is in the trial-and-error phase and that teammates are also in a runToday many woman volleyball team make rapid progress with astonishing strength.After the Beijing Olympic Games,many of the strong world's women's volleyball team set about the active cultivation of new talents for the preparation for the London Olympics.Meanwhile,the Chinese women's volleyball team has made significant adjustments as well.It has recruited a few young players with potential due to the retirement of some senior players.However,the replacement of the coach has raised doubts about whether the new team can make another brilliant achievement.According to my research,I consider that at present the Chinese women's volleyball team does not have an obvious technical and tactical superiority,considering the fact that the current line-up system of the team is in the trial-and-error phase and that teammates are also in a run-in period.2009 FIVB World Grand Prix revealed the Chinese team's weakness of power attack.This paper analyses the status quo of the Chinese women's volleyball team and proposes solutions to its future development.I expect this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the new team's rapid improvement of the competitive level and also for its achievement in the matches on a world scale.
