Abstract:Objective:To determine the pesticide multiresi-dues in vegetables effectively,a rapid and economical capi-llary gas chromatography method has been established for the determination of kelthane and pyrethriodes in vegetables.Methods:The pesticide residues in the samples were extracted with acetonitrile and then extracts concentrated with steam of nitrogen and cleaned up by silicon dioxide solid phase extraction column.Extracts were separated by HP-5(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) capillary column and detected by electroncapture detector.Results:The recoveries obtained from vege-tables were in the range of 67.8%~118.3%,with relative standard deviation of 3.2%~13.5%.Conclusion:This method is rapid,accurate and of less cost.It is suitable for the analysis of pesticide multi-residues in vegetables.
