Study on Transportation Network Structure of Tourism Area in Southern Anhui Province

Abstract:This paper uses topology knowledge to analyze the highway transportation network structure of tourism area in Southern Anhui Province.The results are as follows:In the view of the density of the regional road transport network,the value of highway traffic network density is much higher in Xuancheng City,Chizhou City and Huangshan City.In the view of the value of transport network connectivity,the index β increased from 1.92 in 2000 to 2.17 in 2008.The transport network connectivity in the area has been improved continuously,the index γ in southern Anhui tourist area increased from 0.69 in 2000 to 0.78 in 2008.The region node connectivity levels are good.In the view of the loop of transport network,the index α in the area increased form 0.53 in 2000 to 0.67 in 2008.At present time,the index of the loop transport network in this area is at a medium level.In the view of the average path length,the value increased from 2.36 in 2000 to 2.61 in 2008.The accessibility of road traffic has got a better improvement.In the view of network node,the accessibility of Ma'anshan City,Dangtu Town,Chizhou City and Huangshan City improved the most,while that of Wuhu City,Tongling City,Nanling Town and Jing Town the least,and that of other cities and towns the mediun.The transport of southern Anhui tourist area has been developed greatly for the past 10 years,but its development has still lagged behind the great development of the whole province,or even the whole country.The key condition of developing the southern Anhui tourist area is to give the first place to development of the transport network.
