Practice and Exploration on Bilingual Teaching of Regional Planning Course

Abstract:As a rising teaching idea and teaching method,the bilingual teaching has been paid unprecedented attention in China.This paper takes bilingual teaching of Regional Planning Course as an example.Firstly,it illustrates the importance of bilingual education.Then,it makes a thorough analysis on the five key links of bilingual teaching process,namely,teaching goals setting,materials selection,choosing of teaching patterns,and selection of teaching methods and devices,and course examination.Finally,this paper discusses the problems of bilingual teaching,such as lack of teachers,bad teaching environment,and so on.Only by grasping well the five key links,and paying much more attention to the existing problems,can the bilingual education achieve a good result.
