Notes on Hainan Species of Subfamily Cicadellinae (hemiptera: Cicadellidae)

Abstract:All the known species of Hainan Cicadellinae are systematically assembled in this paper.A total of 48 species belonging to 12 genera,among which include one new species: Mileewa zhangi Yang et Li,sp.nov.,as well as nine new record species for Hainan Provience:Kolla insignis Distant,Atkinsoniella grahami Young,Atkinsoniella dactylia Yang et Li,Atkinsoniella xanthovena Yang et Li,Anatkina vespertinula(Breddin),Anatkina harpaga Yang et Li,Mileewa margheritae Distant,Mileewa harpa Yang et Li and Mileewa sharpa Yang are investigated in the current work.Bothrogonia transversa Young,1986,Kolla zijingae Cai et He,2002 and Atkinsoniella trinotata Cai et He,2002 are proposed here as new synonym of Bothrogonia hamata Yang et Li,1980,Kolla lunulata Li et Wang,1992 and Atkinsoniella dactylia Yang et Li,2000,respectively.All specimens,except the examined one of Anatkina harpaga Yang et Li,which are deposited in Department of Entomology of China Agricultural University,are deposited in Institute of Entomology of Guizhou University.
