Abstract:Cell biology is the important basic subject in university system of life science.Because of this discipline is rather abstract,esoteric,is generally considered difficult courses by students.The paper discusses the course content system,to use knowledge frame method,comparative method to arouse the students' interest in learning,improve teaching quality of cell biology,helps students to construct knowledge system of cell biology.
