Abstract:Relationship lending is a new research topic which foreign scholars are interested in.From a microscopic, most of the current research is starting from the point of the enterprises' interest but not the banks';from a macroscopic, most of the researches are in the light of western advanced countries but not the developing countries.So, research of relationship lending is still in its initial stage.The author believes that putting the study of relationship lending in the light of economic institution in developing countries and exploring some theoretical problems, such as its suitability and practicability, is of great significance for developing and improving relationship lending.At the same time, we should also deeply explore the impact of bank related restructure, such as MA, the application and development of science and technology in the industry of finance, the structure of currency and capital market, financial supervision and risk control on relationship lending.
