Abstract:Combining the practice of state-level virtual simulation experiment teaching center of optoelectronic materials and devices at South China University of Technology, this article explains the significance, teaching ideas, and the goal and feature of the center construction.The teaching philosophy of center is based on industry, innovation first, virtual-actual combination, cooperation and sharing.The construction of the center is guided by the National and Guangdong Province strategic emerging industries, supported by the national key laboratory and international joint laboratory.The high level talents with international view are trained by using the undergraduate teaching method combined with the international forefront of scientific research and industrial development.The experimental center achieves plenty of results in the construction of experimental curriculum system, cultivating practical talents, opening and sharing, service industry, etc.
