Abstract:In order to solve this problem of noisy multi-band produced by the general PCR of SSRS,asymmetry PCR to amplify SSR to analyzed genetic diversity of yesso scallop(Mizuhopecten yessoensis) were introduced.Three natural population(sQSX from Japan,HSW from Russia,LSK from Dalian)and four culture populations(ZZD,XCS,GLD,LSQ)from different culture areas in Dalian coast were analyzed by using 8 microsatellite(SSR)markers.The mean observed and expected heterozygosity(Ho and He)were 0.51563～0.64583 and 0.67575～0.74535,respectively.The mean heterozygosity of QSX was the highest and the lowest was HSW,but the difference between 7 populations was not significant.
