Abstract:From the view of social operation theory , Zheng Hangsheng and his academic team profoundly expounded the relationship of social operation and social construction , the scientific essence and the idea of social construction , the goal and focus of social construction , the core task , major objectives and etc .. Based on accurately grasping the new features , new challenges , and new trends of Chinese rapid transformation , he put forward a series of guidelines , and advocated the current Chinese society construction and social governance in practice . Since the end of the 20th century , Zheng Hangsheng's thoughts on social construction have greatly influenced in both the academic field and the policy field , even in the wider social level . This paper takes the social operation theory as the main line , and attempts to discuss his theory basis , the core values , and his influential significance .
