Abstract:Following the basic principles of collaboration studies,the paper proposes the model of level of collaboration for multi-modal logistics networks on the basis of composite information entropy weighing and then applies the model in an empirical study on the practice of a certain multi-modal transport enterprise during the year 2000 and 2009 to evaluate its level of collaboration,the purpose of which is to draw countermeasures for the collaborative development of like enterprises and improve the level of collaboration for their logistics networks.
