Abstract:This paper simply introduced the novel theory- chronic Inflammation effect,and ana- lyzed synthesis and secretion mechanism of several important markers of inflammation such as interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αin organs and tissues.At the same time,this paper simply introduced likely mechanism of chronic inflammation effect-induced obesity:hypoxia and self-protection to stress.Exercise has positive effects on the treatment of obesity.Thus,the mechanism of exercise improving obesity,anti-inflammation effects is simple explained.
