Abstract:For the application of real-time database in a petrochemical plant,the article put forwards to a new concept to resolve the communication among real-time database and DCS,control software,and Web-based user interface.The scheme is developed based on Windows 2000 Server using the technique of multe-threading,anolymous pipe and WinSock,etc.The results of long industrial running of this scheme show that it is more effective and feasible for industrial process.

Abstract:Via configuration files,the framework of ATS software based on LabWindows/CVI implements dynamic configuration of test resources and information exchange between software and hardware.The framework of ATS software allows to develop and debug many UUTs' test programs under one framework.By offering friendly debugging interfaces,the modularization of test program and rehostability of TPS are achieved,so as to improve the efficiency of developing and debugging of the test programs.Calling the drivers of physical instrument indirectly by calling formatting class drivers,the TPS implements the interchangeability of the instruments.

Abstract:The method of design of ATS based on virtual instrument technology is presented against the poor modularization and difficulty of upgrading the technology of the existing system.By reviewing the characters of the virtual instrument technology,the method of using the virtual instrument technologies to design the ATS is brought forward.The design of the ATS based on LabWindows/CVI for GPWS is also stressed.And a way to realize the ATS based on virtual instrument technologies from the hardware structure and software system is also showed.The high modularization of the system is realized by means of dividing the test sources into general test sources and special test sources,and the capability of test on line is also realized with the help of great communication function of the LabWindows/CVI.In result this method is proved effective after evaluation.

Abstract:The technical advantages of the virtual instrument is the General Instrument system defined by the users themselves, it is flexible, and it is easy to build an extremely wide range of applications. Use the LahWindows/CVI development environment to design data player. UDP traffic, manually load the corresponding ini file and data files, through the ini file complete the configuration of network communication, data variables, data sampling interval and data file format, using a linked list mode to manage and maintain the definition part of the data frame, can simulate the real acquisition process the data sent, can read different types of data files, so achieve a common. Through a factual example verify the practicality of the design.

Abstract:Along with the development of the space industry and the needs of the future development,the lab′s division is more meticulously and the equipment is also more and more.In this case,the original ATS based on artificial semi-automatic can not meet the testing requirements for the more equipment and instrument that they are distributed in different places.In order to improve the equipment maintenance ability,a set of ATS based on Web is designed in this paper,use the design methods from the bottom to top,design the universal function module,and it implementates the network through the network interface.Labview is used for the PC monitor software development,it achieve the remote browsing and control through the Web Server technology.The test results shows that the designed system is reasonable,convenient control,data record perfect,it improves the equipment safeguard level.

Abstract:When keeping real-time aiming and tracking of SOTM,a kind of SOTM control system software was designed according to the problems that it is difficult for antenna controller ACU to meet the requirements of algorithm development, fault diagnosis, convenience commissioning and visual interface. The software was designed based on LabWindows/CVI platform, and response control strategies were proposed according to the high-speed data acquisition requirements. By utilizing multithreading technology and data protection mechanism,thread pool and Timer controls were used to judge and start data acquisition thread and drawing thread on time to raise data acquisition velocity of the software. Besides, thread-safe queue technology was used to protect shared data and SQL Toolkit was used to develop satellite database. The test results show that the software can reliably and accurately fulfill communication and data processing tasks, and the drawing function is smooth and fast, which provides sufficient technical support for monitoring, commissioning and fault diagnosis of the system.

Abstract:In order to eliminate the possible risk existing in the development of automatic test systems(ATS) due to the lack of effective verification,an effectiveness evaluation system(EES) of ATS is proposed.According to the characteristics that the military ATS puts more stress on promotion of test time and ability,the ADC evaluation architecture is set up,and integrating the analytic hierarchy process,the EES based on operation domain is built,which solves the problem of distributing weight of system ability.A math evaluation model of ATS ability and its sub target are put forward.The proposed system provides an effective way to control cost,analyze feasibility and demonstrate risk for ATS.

Abstract:To meet the command of different kinds of experiment in engineering test course, a general testing system was developed based on virtual instrument using LabWindows/CVI which was a VI development environment. A general testing software with network function in B/S (Browser/Server) structure was developed by using modularigation idea. This paper introduced the hardware and software structure of the general testing system and function of every software module, and introduced application of this system by taking a vibration testing example. It is proved by practice that this system can be used in many kinds of testing experiments with good expansibility.

Abstract:Aimed at setting up integrated test of function and performance signals of variable radar system,changeable test adapter design technique is adopted to implement the radar automatic test system(ATS) hardware design based on the VXI and GPIB bus system.Thus,not only the problems caused by the numerous units under test,the different types of interfaces and the various kinds of signals are solved,but also the objective of resource sharing and developing an all-purpose ATS are realized.By adopting changeable test adapter technique,the radar ATS is designed,and with the help of ATS hardware,the required test items of the radar system are experimented and the test process control succeeded.Experiment results show that the radar ATS performs steadily,and the results meet the requirements of radar ATS.It can be concluded that the radar ATS provides effective guarantees for radar’s maintenance,fault diagnosis and fault detection.

Abstract:An automatic test system(ATS) based on LabVIEW and the VXI bus is designed for a type of coding card in this paper.By few steps of manual operations,the ATS can generate all types of digital excitation signals by software,compare the digital output signals of the coding card under test which have been read in PC with the desired data and evaluate whether the test result satisfies the corresponding requirements.The automatic test,inspection and analysis of the coding card are achieved through the ATS,which greatly raises the efficiency and reliability of related products inspection.
