Abstract:objective To investigate the effect of early intervention on the prognosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) in neonates. Methods 32 cases of neonates with HIE were divided at random into intervene group of 17 cases and control group of 15 cases, all of them with NBNA scores 35, correlation the intellectual development when they were 0-2years old. Results The total of DQ in intervene group was higher than control group significantly, Incidence of the sequel of the intervention group was less than the control group. Conclusions The early intervene can promote intelligent development of HIE in neonates, can decrease the incidence of sequel.
