Abstract:Objective Explore the large teaching hospital sector management mechanism reform,improving management efficiency and effectiveness.Method: Integration of the existing 17 hospital departments were five major management functions of the management office,standard name of the department and clear responsibilities;retrospectively analyzed a large sector management mechanism reform before and after a year,the number of hospital-level meetings,medical education and research results of anti-control,hospital satisfaction.Result Significant reduction in hospital-level meetings,medical education and research outcome indicators increased significantly against control,hospital satisfaction increased significantly.Conclusion Teaching hospitals with a large sector reform policy based on full;big departments can improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of teaching hospitals;hospital-level meetings,medical education and research anti-tube results,hospital satisfaction as a teaching hospital management performance evaluation indicators;how integrated management of institutions and teaching hospitals with segregation of duties,a more scientific management performance evaluation system has yet to be explored further.
