Study on Chemical Constituents of Ixeris Chinensis (thunb.) Nakai

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to study the chemical constituents of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.[Method] Firstly the whole plant of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai were extracted with 95% EtOH.Then Petroleum ether,Dichloromethane and Acetic ether were used to extract the general concrete to obtain three section concretes.The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column and gel chromatography from the EtOAc fraction,and identified based on the physical and chemical properties of compounds and spectral analyses.[Result] Five compounds were isolated from the whole plant of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai,involving β-sitoster,tuteolin,apigenin,tuteolin-7-ο-β-D-glucoside.[Conclusion] The study could provide references for the scientific use of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.
