Research on Urban Traffic Simulation Algorithm Based on Multi-objective Data Mining

Abstract:Urban traffic simulation is one of the core technologies of Intelligent Transport System.Its basis is to collect and analyze the real-time traffic information,which include static and dynamic data.How to fuse data from multi-sources and extract traffic characteristics is the key research point.In this paper,we propose a new cluster ensemble based multi-objective cluster analysis framework,and correspondingly bring forward a heuristic clustering algorithm named k-WANMI.The experimental result proves our method can handle mixed categorical,numeric data,and attributes with different weight.It's also able to perform multi-objective cluster analysis.It effectively satisfies the requirement of multi-sources data.
