Toxicity determination of nine fungicides to Perenniporia robiniophila

Abstract:Suitable fungicides against Perenniporia robiniophila were selected from 9 common fungicides by toxicity bioassay in lab.The result showed the antibiotics effect of triadimeofn 15% at the concentration of 50 000 times was the best with an EC50 of 2.8 mg/L,an average inhibitory rate of 99.01%.That of Mancozeb 70% at the concentration of 7 000 times was the second with an average inhibitory rate of 99.16% and an EC50 of 42.21 mg/L.That of Zineb 80% at the concentration of 4 000 times was the third with an average inhibitory rate of 99.23% and an EC50 of 62.7 mg/L.
