Study on impact factors of parasitism of Lysiphlebus testaceipes Cresson by aphid parasitoid Aphis craccivora Koch

Abstract:Some impact factors of parasitism of Lysiphlebus testaceipes Cresson in Aphis craccivora Koch were studied,including host instar,host density,female parasite instar and interaction time.The results showed that L.testaceipes preferred to parasitizing early instar host at the condition of various instar stages hosts existing simultaneously,and parasitized rate of the 2nd instar host was highest and reached to 41.96%,the 1st instar host reached to 32.61%,and the 3rd and the 4th instar host's relative parasitized rate was lowest.Parasitized rates of L.testaceipes showed significant differences at different host densities.The instar of female had an apparent impact on parasitism,the parasitized rate decreased with its development and increased with prolong of interaciton time before parasitizing peak.
