Abstract:Constrained sparse pulse inversion is one of geological inversion methods based on the wave impedance of the reservoir, so the reservoir prediction could be done in spite of the insufficient data by making iteration between seismic reflectance sequences and raw drilling and logging data. Firstly, the principle and realization of the constrained sparse pulse inversion is introduced, then determining principle of parameters is discussed by comparing synthetic seismogram and original data, finally, the development of sandstone was predicted by using this inversion method, the results verified the precision of the reservoir prediction.
