Abstract:Web-based assistant teaching system is a virtual teaching environment built by the use of computer and network technology. It completes the system with the uses of B/S three-tier architecture, ASP.NET technology and SQL Server as its background database. Base on requirements analysis in network teaching of Cangzhou medical college, it designs the access control of the system with the user-task-role ideology. The system functions into administrator space, teacher space, student space, and teaching interactive space. This paper states the functions in detail.

Abstract:In accordance with the status quo that the teaching laboratories’information management construction of medical colleges and universities is still at the initial stage,to put forward the idea of building new informational management system combined with actual situation of molecular medicine teaching experimental platform of Shandong University School of Medicine. The system could achieve the automated operation of laboratories’management to ensure the rapid transferring of various types of information,such as Laboratory operations and maintenance,and then realize the resources sharing. Though improving the laboratories’management level of informationization and modernization,prompting the laboratory staffs to improve their own qualities,and in the meanwhile stimulating the learning motivation and involvement of students,so as to provide strong protection for the healthy and steady development of teaching experimental platform.

Abstract:This paper introduces a Comprehensively Functional Integrated Management Information System designed for the Optical Engineering Major by the College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, which combines the functions of teaching, students learning, educational assessment and management. The system consists of 5 modules, major overview, online curriculum, experiment teaching management, graduation project management and teaching quality feedback. The major overview module introduces the development history, training program, curriculums and experiment syllabus and teaching achievements of optical engineering major in Zhejiang University. The Management Information System is convenient for students to learn in a mobile and personalized way. The online curriculum module makes it very easy for teachers to setup a website for new curriculums. On the website, teachers can help students on their problems about the curriculums in time and collect their homework online. The experiment teaching management module and the graduation project management module enables the students to fulfill their experiment process and graduation thesis under the help of their supervisors. Before students take an experiment in the lab, they must pass the pre-experiment quiz on the corresponding module. After the experiment, students need to submit the experiment report to the web server. Moreover, the module contains experiment process video recordings, which are very helpful to improve the effect of the experiment education. The management of the entire process of a student's graduation program, including the project selection, mid-term inspection, progress report of every two weeks, final thesis, et al, is completed by the graduation project management module. The teaching quality feedback module is not only helpful for teachers to know whether the education effect of curriculum is good or not, but also helpful for the administrators of the college to know whether the design of syllabus is reasonable or not. The Management Information System changes the management object from the education results to the entire education processes. And it improves the efficiency of the management. It provides an effective method to promote curriculum construction management by supervision and evaluation, which improves students' learning outcomes and the quality of curriculums. As a result, it promotes the quality system of education obviously.

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer science and technology in China's information age, the application of computer science and technology has made great advantages in office automation management system. With the continuous expansion and enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the management of students has become increasingly complicated. As the advanced position of computer science and technology, colleges and universities have begun to put a large number of trivial management affairs to the computer platform system to achieve. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a comprehensive university management system platform, including enrollment, accommodation, fees, employment and a series of work related to students, which can improve the decision-making level, management level and students’ training quality of each university. In this paper, the design of student management system platform, first of all, through the system requirements analysis, summed up the functional modules of the system. Then the detailed design of each functional module, specific analysis of each functional module should contain the function, according to the function of writing code. Finally, after the implementation of the system, function test, performance test and load test are carried out. According to the test results of 150 users logging into the system at the same time, the trend of the number of clicks per second and throughput is roughly the same, and the execution time at this time is 24 min and 35 s, which fully indicates that when the system is running normally, the server responds well to the requests sent by customers.

Abstract:At present, the management and utilization of teaching resources in higher education is characterized by problems, such as single function, simple structure, poor sharing, and weak management capacity. Based on this, this study proposes a multimedia information processing technique based on computer technology. The system utilizes Java programming language, Springboot framework, Servlet and other technologies to convert the data information through MySQL database. The main modules are student module, teacher module and administrator module. The established digital teaching resource management system is stable, simple to operate, clear interface and can meet the teaching needs of colleges and universities. The system is developed and utilized to maximize the sharing and integration of university teaching resources. This not only puts an innovative approach to teaching and learning, but also has very important practical implications. At present, the management and utilization of teaching resources in higher education are characterized by issues, such as limited functionality, simple structure, inadequate sharing, and weak management capacity. To address these challenges, this study proposes a multimedia information processing technique based on computer technology. The system utilizes Java programming language, the Spring Boot framework, Servlet, and other technologies to process data through a MySQL database. It consists of main modules for students, teachers, and administrators. The developed digital teaching resource management system is stable, user‐friendly, with a clear interface, and capable of meeting the educational needs of colleges and universities. By maximizing the sharing and integration of university teaching resources, this system not only innovates teaching and learning approaches but also holds significant practical implications.

Abstract:Engineering Training Center (ETC) in university is based on engineering training and teaching, supplemented by production, which is different from the general factory. So, existing commercial software systems cannot be directly applied to ETC. This paper presents a management information system (MIS) for Engineering Training Center in university, named ETC-MIS. The proposed ETC-MIS includes the managements of routine training teaching and external processing tasks. Firstly, the information needs of ETC were analyzed in depth. Then, the whole data flow model of system was discussed. Finally, the module function of ETC-MIS was designed. Practical application indicates that ETC-MIS significantly improves the efficiency of ETC in university.

Abstract:The invention relates to the technical field of teaching management automation, in particular to an intelligent classroom management system comprising a classroom monitoring subsystem, a mobile terminal and a server. The classroom monitoring subsystem comprises a classroom control terminal, a sensor and a camera head; the classroom control terminal collects classroom internal environmental parameters through the sensor, collects the classroom internal pictures through the camera head and then uploads the pictures to the server. Student electronic tags are arranged on personal articles of students. The mobile terminal comprises an NFC (near filed communication) module, a login module, an intelligent timetable module and an attendance module; the NFC module can sense the student electronic tags, the attendance module sends information corresponding to the sensed student electronic tags to the server so that the attendance is confirmed, and the intelligent timetable module acquires and displays corresponding school timetable information from the server according to the login user information of the login module. The server is provided with Web service interfaces, and is in communication with the mobile terminal and the classroom monitoring subsystem through the Web service interfaces.

Abstract:Abstract Student information management is not only the basis of realizing efficient education and teaching management in Colleges and universities, but also an important link. However, in recent years, with the popular development of higher education, the number of students is further expanded, the number of students has increased a lot compared with the past, and the work of student information management has become increasingly heavy, which has brought new challenges to student information management. This requires managers (class teachers, class cadres) to update the concept of student management, innovate the student management mode, and use modern information technology to manage class affairs and student information. This topic is based on the realization of the standardization, digitization and automation of student information management, which can help class teachers and class cadres save manpower, material resources and financial resources, further improve the efficiency and accuracy of class information management in sports colleges and universities, strive to improve the scientific level of student information management, and provide a platform for students to broaden their horizons and actively participate in school activities. In this paper, through the design and development of sports information management system, and through the function and performance test, it is found that the system can meet the needs of colleges and universities, which simulates the results of 200 users’ concurrent number of operating system. The user concurrent number is the largest user concurrent number index of non functional requirements of the system, and the corresponding test items have passed the performance test requirements.

Abstract:The rapid development of computer network technology in today’s society has also brought new opportunities for the transformation of the teaching management mode of colleges and universities. This paper designs and develops a set of online teaching management system suitable for colleges and universities, realizes the informatization of college teaching management, and solves the traditional teaching methods, such as the inability of offline correspondence students to take classes in time and the limited teaching venues. Through comparison and analysis, in order to ensure that the system has better portability, this article will mainly adopt the MVC architecture model to develop and design the entire school hybrid teaching management system. The MVC architecture model is mainly developed based on the abstract design model. Strong reusability, combined with the system architecture, the main choice for database selection is development based on Oracle database technology. In the specific development process, the detailed business requirements and functional requirements of the entire school online teaching management system will be analyzed in detail. Based on this, by adopting an object-oriented approach, the system management included in the school's hybrid teaching management system will be further analyzed. Detailed analysis and design of the specific functional structure, work flow, work sequence diagram and class diagram of the online learning management and article management functional modules, and finally complete the implementation and testing of the various functional modules of the system.
