Ethnic Identity and Historical Narration——A Case Study on the Relationship between Li and Han Ethnic Groups In Hainan Island

Abstract:Since the Dynasties of Qing and Han,the ancient China Considered itself as the center of the world and the supreme ruler of political order of unified world,moreover the oral history of minorities relied on the Han writing records.Thus in the political system and historical narrative of China's "world" unification,there is always a record of "China" how to regard borderland minorities rather than the perspective of minorities to "China".Based on review and introspection of the historical records narrative one-way horizon with its inner culture political basis about past dynasties,this paper dialyses empire expanded and history writing how to shape the ethnic boundaries,historical memory and social practice,exploring and concatenating polybasic voice,outlining strategy selection,construction of ethnic groups and historical narrative between Li and Han's interactive blend for thousands of years,revealing history expression how to be enslaved by the distinction and identification between ethnic groups.
