Abstract:At the period of Song Dynasty moved from the North to the South, Chang-he Ci was very prosperous because of the specified cultural background.It was used by the poets in the social intercourse.It had important functions.The poets used Chang-he Ci to express their friendly sentiments and exchange their ideas.They discussed the artistries and showed off their skills by the Chang-he Ci.They amused each other by means of Chang-he Ci writing which was an elegant activity.The Chang-he Ci writing showed Ci-poem could strengthen the union of the group,too.The Chang-he Ci was current at the period of Song Dynasty moved from the North to the South.It carried forward the writing tradition-the poetry could create and appreciate in crowds.It enhanced the collective spirit of the poets.It deepende the writing idea-wrote the Ci by using the skills of the Poem.It Promoted the more development of Ci,and advanced the writing prosperity of Ci in the Nan-Song Dynasty.The Chang-he Ci had made a notable impact.
