Abstract:In recent years,the communities of our country developed rapidly.And community construction has been speeding up increasingly,especially the urban communities.As the basic constituent elements of the city,the role of the extent of community construction and community planning in urban development is raising,and its significance on the growing community,urban development and the society development is becoming more clearly.However,China's community construction carried on just a short time,on the process of the construction,there is also many problems.So taking some methods to solve these problems is not only to promote community construction and development,also it will promote urban development at further step.
