Abstract:The change rule of serum TNF,IL-2 of piglets,the influence of early weaning,the effects of immunoglobulin and lactoferrin on serum TNF and IL-2 contents of piglets were studied in this experiment.Two Yorkshire piglets were selected on 1,7,14,21 and 28 day in experiment 1,piglets were weaned on 14,18 and 35 day in experiment 2,sixteen piglets were divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates each in experiment 3,thirty-two piglets were divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates each in experiment 4.The results showed 1) serum TNF content(P0.01),IL-2(P0.05)decreased significantly from 1 to 7 d and increased from 14 to 28 d;2) IL-2 content decreased significantly on 14 and 35 d after weaning(P0.05),TNF of piglets weaned at 14 d had the trend of reducing;3) serum TNF content was improved by spray-dried plasma and the special immunization egg yolk ration fed(P0.05);4) serum TNF and IL-2 content had the trend of increasing when 2,10 and 20 mg/kg lactoferrin added.In conclusion,serum IL-2 content decreased after early weaning,serum TNF content was improved by spray-dried plasma and the special immunization egg yolk ration fed.
