Abstract:In order to achieve daily monitoring of the quality of the water source and track the pollution emergency, a low-cost and mobile online monitoring device has been designed. This device uses Cortex-A8 as core processor, acquires the position information by GPS, and communicates with the remote control center through 3G wireless transmission. This paper describes the hardware and the software of the device, and focuses on the extraction of the color feature of the water quality image and its long-distance transmission, and the tracking of the pollution source. In practice, this system can be well operated in the tested river.

Abstract:Combined with the communication technology of GPRS(General Packet Ratio Service),J2EE(Java 2 platform Enterprise Edition)technology and database management,a power quality monitoring system based on browser /server structure is developed.Its structure and realization are introduced from both hardware and software,including GPRS data acquisition module,communication server,database server,Web server and client.The connection pool is used to connect Web server with database,and the technology of xmlhttp is used to display the real-time online data.The monitoring system is in operation now.

Abstract:Seafloor observatory network is a subject service for undersea exploration and researching work.To realize condition monitoring,data measuring and the transmission preservation of other communicating signals,it is especially important to design and study monitor system of bank basestation and series data monitor system.Focusing on the features of Seafloor observatory,the paper realized working condition monitor,measurement transmission with VC and SQL-Serve technique,as well as share monitor data with Internet with the help of Web technique. Besides viewing of the long term and stableness features of seafloor observatory network,the paper put forward improving method and design idea,which were proved effective and reliable by practical running. Abstract:Aiming at shooting the shortage of real-time and continuous coral reef ecological environment monitoring technology,this study put forward a solution of coral reef online monitoring system.It connects the seabed system by submarine cable and transfers the data to shore base stations,then shore based control system transmits the monitoring data to the control center through ground networks,It realizes the long-term,real-time,in situ and on-line observation of the factors such as temperature,salinity,depth,chlorophyll,dissolved oxygen,pH,turbidity,velocity profile and underwater HD video.Through deploying the system in the target site and business operation demonstration,we have got a lot of first-hand ecological environment data.It has important scientific significance for further assessing the actual situation and analyzing the evolution of coral reef community.

Abstract:Combined with the design and development of a surface water quality monitoring information management system, the water quality monitoring information management requirements and water quality data items and data structures are analyzed. The framework of the database construction is presented and the concept design and logical architecture design are introduced. The titling formats and content regulations are investigated. Under the surroundings of Oracle and VB.Net, the front end and back end system are developed. The key functions of the system including water quality query and management and monitoring factors information query are introduced. Furthermore, the concept of the Rough Sets is introduced, and water quality information completion and uniformities, attribute reduction and rule induction algorithms are investigated based on the Rough Sets model. Thus the data analysis and early-warning functions are established. The operation performance of the system shows that it can wholly meet the needs of the water quality monitoring and management.

Abstract:The development is illustrated by taking a case example of marine water quality real-time inspecting project of Zhejiang.To meet the requirements of efficient management and web publishing for marine remote sensing data,a spatial database engine,named as MRSSDE,is designed independently.The data model and accessing method of MRSSDE are discussed in detail.Based on MRSSDE,the system,which can manage the prodigious marine remote sensing data and provide real-time publication,is working well in the marine water quality real-time inspecting project of Zhejiang,so the requirements of marine remote sensing contribution to the society is completely met.

Abstract:Water environment early warning and management are crucial to water resources protection for a river basin, and to improve their digitalization and efficiency, at present it is urgent to construct a support system to them by adopting latest information technology. In this study, a Huai River water environment early warning and management system was developed on the basis of a water environment early warning model according to the J2EE standards. This system integrates an ArcGIS server as its GIS platform and Google Maps API and works in a geospatial environment that couples local vector data and internet satellite images. It adopts a tool of rich internet application and development, Adobe FLEX that can balance the system loads better and also beautify the client pages. This new system provides a technical support to the digital information management and early warning of the Huai River basin water environments. © right.

Abstract:A program of the water treatment process design was given by ASP.Net based on browser/server(B/S) structure,it can design processes such as reverse osmosis,desalination by ion exchange,softening and save the equipments parameters and product water ion composition in database,ultimately form design documents.In addition,it allows multiple user to design simultaneously.As a module of the MIS,it makes the management easier and eliminates the trouble of installation and maintenance in client server.

Abstract:Using Google Earth GE API and MapX 5.0 controls,on the basis of design objectives,framework and main functions of water transfer system,the modules of water transfer scheme management,database management,water quality and water level dynamic demonstration in GE environment and GIS environment are developed on the.NET software platform by considering water transfer requirements of Bailianjing River in World Exposition Park.The results show that the system has high simulated accuracy and good scientific computing visualization;it achieves the intended goal of the system.Thus,it is conducive to the river water quality during the World Expo safeguard requirements.

Abstract:As existing simulation software of water environment is confined in local and is deficient for internet use,this paper gives a remote simulation technology based on Fluent,which has powerful numerical computation ability.The technology combines with geographic information technology and rich client technology of Flex,to accomplish the functions of remote simulation task management and the dynamic display through the Web browser/Web server/GIS sever/simulation server/database server architecture.This technology has been applied to simulate remotely for pollution dispersion incidents of a certain reach of Qiantang river,from Xin'An river reservoir to estuary.
