Abstract:If a project will be finished successfully,it is necessary to get the support from the team members.Based on this,the paper firstly reviews the relevant literature on team motivation.The paper defines what the project team is,and puts forth the motivation mechanism of the project team.The paper indicates the problems and analyzes their reasons.The paper puts forth the objects,the principles and the motivation model of the project team.Finally,based on the organization guarantee,it conceives the counter-mechanisms the system support,the spirit coherence and the culture inducement.
