Innovation Pattern of Network Organization Cooperation under the Angle of View of Ecology

Abstract:Organization theory′s development has experienced from pure research on organization, organization and environment, to research on interorganizational relationship. Under the background of economic globalization, how to develop cooperation with other organizations to gain essential resources and realize innovation has become the key to deciding organization′s success or failure. Relating with the ecology metaphor and the society circuit analysis′s methodology to analyze interorganizational relationship, the paper proposes the ecology network resources deployment way. The ecology network merges organization with the same or the different value systems, functions and attributes into one, and forms value sharing and continual innovation under the close relation between points and interactive function, thus it has broad application prospect.
