Abstract:Objective: To study the ultrasonographic manifestation and practical value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal digestive tract abnormalities. Methods: Retrospective analysis the ultrasonography and clinical date of fetal anomalies of digestive tract on 127 cases,Which comes from 32,453 cases of prenatal ultrasound examination for pregnant women in our hospital from October 2009 to June 2011. Results: Diagnosis of fetal malformation of digestive system a total of 127 cases,including : 3 cases of esophageal atresia,duodenal atresia or stenosis of 57 cases,43 cases of bowel dilatation,24 cases of meconium peritonitis. Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal anomalies of digestive tract has important application value,can provide important basis for prenatal consultation and clinical treatment.
