Abstract:The final residue level and degradation of Acetamiprid in soil and orange(orange flesh, orange peel and orange) were determined by Gas chromatography-Electron Capture Detector(GC-ECD).Orange samples, which include orange flesh, peel and orange, were extracted with methanol-water(1:1,V/V),while methylene dichloride was used for the extraction of soil samples. The extracts were then cleaned up by liquid-liquid extraction, further purified by column chromatography, and then detected by GC-ECD using external standard method. The recoveries of the established method were between 90.62% and 95.74% when the fortified concentrations of soil were 0.033 to 0.334 mg/kg,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs) of 8.14% to 10.38%,respectively.When the fortified concentrations of orange(orange flesh, orange peel and orange) were 0.033 to 0.668 mg/kg,the recovery ranged from 78.98% to 101.4% with the RSDs being 3.36% to 9.83%;the limit of quantification(LOQ) was 0.030 mg/kg for orange. The results showed that the half-life of Acetamiprid varied from 8.4 to 8.6 days in orange, and 2.0 to 3.0 days in soil, respectively. The residual samples of Acetamiprid in orange fields were determined with the established methods. The final residue levels of Acetamiprid in orange and soil were both less than 0.204 mg/kg 14 days after the last spraying. And the final residues of Acetamiprid in orange and soil were less than the MRL of Korea(0.5mg/kg).
