Abstract:Dealing with four aspects--the theory source,the connotation,the approach of implement of human-oriented management and the relation between the human-oriented management-and system-oriented management and ability-oriented management,this essay cards systematically the production of study about human-oriented management in recent tem years,which provides a reference of theory for the further research about human-oriented management in the future.
