Abstract:Followed popularization of the coring image digitization, the inquiry, browsing, analysis and processing of coring picture in- formation already becomes one of topics which the oil- gas survey department paid attention day by day. Compared with the tradi- tional HTML, XHTML catch up on the latter defects such as poor compatibility, the limited scope of application. The markup on the basis of combining XML and Active X controls, the site can be extended data processing capabilities and photo processing capability. Under the investigation to the actual needs of oil and gas sector, this article introduced one kind of coring graphics context informa- tion management system based on XHTML and the XML。
