Research and practice on experimential teaching reform for Pharmacy Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine course

Abstract:In order to cultivate students'practical ability,experimental design ability and combination ability of theory and practice,and enable the students to have the opportunity to experience the operation of the advanced large-scale instruments on their own,the experiential teaching is applied to Pharmacy Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine course.Taking Radix Astragaliis as the research object,a method of determining the content of multi-index constituents by UPLC (Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography)is adopted. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to complete the experiment independently,and their enthusiasm and initiative in using the large-scale instruments are promoted.The combination of teaching with research is well completed,the research and teaching are stimulated,and the purpose for promoting research by teaching and stimulating teaching by research is realized.
