Abstract:Multidimensional relief denotes mitigating the vicious growth and derived effects of the poverty issue based on deducting poor population,and focusing on the multi-dimension of the poverty,such as the income poor 、mankind poor 、information poor and ecology poor etc formed test and supervision system,which comprehensively prevent and govern,and promote the human being's existence 、development and freedom.It would be able to gain some instructional and relatively mature relief ideas by taking necessary and possible analysis on the multidimensional relief at the layer of provincial level.
