An information integration modeling method of the complex product MRO service based on service BOM

Abstract:Currently,there are more researches on complex product MRO (maintenance,repair and overhaul/operations) service.However,due to a lack of research on the integrated modeling technologies of SBOM (service bill of material),makes the MRO lifecycle data has not been effectively managed.This paper first analyzes a MRO business integration model based on SBOM,which clarifies the relationship between SBOM and MRO service;then,put forward the structure model and evolution model of SBOM,and integrate the SBOM and MRO service business process;finally,SBOM is developed based on the MRO system developed by Tsinghua University.In this paper,the product data model in the service stage is carried out,which provides support for the management of manufacturing BOM to extend to the service stage.
