Comparison of effect with different drug to children with rotavirus enteritis

Abstract:Objective:To Compare different therapeutic effect of drugs in children with rotavirus enteri-tis .Methods:Selection in our hospital diagnosed 100 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into two groups ,each 50 cases ,taking probiotics as the probiotic group ,taking immunoglobulin for globulin group . Record after treatment in children with daily stool frequency ,character ,dehydrated situation ,such as clinical symp-toms ,the symptoms worsen or appear purulent blood ,stool routine test ,check whether any secondary bacterial en-teritis .Collected after treatment 1 ,3 ,5 ,7 ,9 d fresh stool ,the intestinal flora imbalance degree judgment ,using radioimmunotherapy detection in the stool SIgA content and enzyme league immune method for measuring stool rota-virus emissions .Results :Two groups in the treatment of 3 ,5 ,7 ,9 d Ⅰ degree disorder ,7 ,9 d Ⅱ disorders and treatment of 3 ,5 ,7 d Ⅲ degree disorder difference had statistical significance (P < 0 .05) ,the probiotic group less than globulin;In the treatment of 3 ,5 ,7 d on the secondary bacterial infection of difference was statistically signifi-cant (P < 0 .05) ,the incidence of probiotic group was lower than that in group ) .In the treatment of 3 ,5 ,7 ,9 d SIgA levels after the difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) ,globulin content was higher than that of probiotic group;After treatment of 3 d rotavirus content difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) ,globu-lin was lower than the probiotic group ,SIgA in other time point and the content of rotavirus there was no statistical-ly significant difference (P > 0 .05) .Two group total effective rate difference had no statistical significance (P > 0 . 05) ,globulin and probiotic group on the comparative difference was statistically significant (P < 0 .05) ,globulin than probiotic group ,in the relatively less effective probiotics group ,two groups compare differences in invalid with-out statistical significance (P > 0 .05) .Conclusion:Intestinal probiotics can effectively control and prevent the dis-order of secondary bacterial infection ,work is slow ,immunoglobulin work fast ,can promote the formation of the body SIgA and quickly promote rotavirus removal ,but the curative effect .
