Abstract:With the further development of P.E.curriculum reform,the assessment method based on the main examining contents of motor skills has not yet changed much.This does not accord with 2002 Outlines.According to Tian Maijiu's Groups of Training Theory,four respects are selected as the appraisal contents,including the understanding and mastering motor skills and knowledge,movement participation,progressive range,and emotion and behavior attitude.The assessment system that can be operated is put forward to fit with different sports events and different types of classes.This assessment system includes expressive events assessment,antagonistic events assessment,and physical power type of events assessment.

Abstract:Nowadays the educational system needs to update itself to meet with the ever-changing society and Physical Education is with no exception.In regard to that,the article studies and analyses the present teaching practicing system of PE majors in college schools and mainly suggests that colleges should attach importance to the students' social practice and teachers' quality and at meantime colleges also should take some measures to improve working efficiency,make full use of teaching periods and combine teaching content and its form in a more reasonable way to build a proper and feasible teaching practicing system of PE majors.

Abstract:Great changes have taken place in the ranks of physical education teachers, especially in recent years, the reform of educational system has created favorable conditions for the development of physical education teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation of physical education in China, and concludes the existing defects, and puts forward corresponding improvement measures. For the reform of physical education, physical education teachers should arrange more content of students’ interest, strengthen the training of students’ will quality, improve the quality of classroom teaching, and cultivate qualified personnel needed by the society. The task of physical education in Colleges needs to be realized through many kinds of goals, which can improve students’ interest and promote the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports learning actively. Abstract:Based on the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis,this paper studies the notion of traditional physical education mode and analyzes its deficiencies and development.In addition,it also states that the new teaching mode should attach importance to not only the imparting of knowledge,but also to the cultivating of non-intelligential factors.Teachers’ evaluation should be combined with students’ evaluation and diagnostic evaluation should be combined with formative evaluation and conclusive evaluation.We should stress both students’ subjectivity and teachers’ guiding function.Teachers should renew their knowledge constantly and try to attract students with their notable spiritual appearance and their characteristics.They should make use of science and technology properly,take in others’ advantages to make up for their own deficiencies,learn from each other and integrate with each other.

Abstract:The authors analyzed the current state of the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers in Hubei province,found that the mechanism of selection and evaluation of physical education instructors and researchers had such common problems as being undiversified and floppy,and proposed that we should establish a set of complete and scientific selection and evaluation systems,in which the candidates are recommended by basic units,evaluation and employment are combined with administrative appointment,and performance evaluation is combined with effect evaluation,so as to boost the construction and development of the physical education instructor and researcher team in China.

Abstract:The establishment of a strong educational country by 2035 is an important strategic plan made at the Twentieth Party Congress. In addition to the future direction of teacher education evaluation in China becoming clearer, the reform measures and implementation paths suggested in the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era are of great significance for optimizing the positioning of education types and building a strong country in education. This paper, using Guangzhou Huali University as an example, aims to develop a comprehensive evaluation system that encompasses schools, teachers, students, and employers. Abstract:Aiming at the cultivation of highly skilled personnel, this study discusses the necessity and path of the reform of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges. Through the in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the current PE curriculum, such as backward teaching mode, single course content, and insufficient participation of students, this paper reveals the urgency of the PE curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges. The paper emphasizes the importance of PE curriculum in cultivating students' overall quality, especially physical and mental health, and puts forward some suggestions on PE curriculum reform from the aspects of curriculum content, teaching method, evaluation mechanism and so on. From the perspective of highly skilled personnel, we put forward a more targeted and effective path of PE curriculum reform, aiming at improving students' PE skills and promoting their all-round and healthy development, so as to meet the future social demand for highly skilled personnel.

Abstract:In order to explore and establish scientific and diversified evaluation methods,we introduced a research-oriented teaching and evaluation system,i.e.exam exemption for excellent students,which has been proposed for the Microcomputer Principle and Interface Technique course as students have different academic performance.This new evaluation system is a departure from traditional simplex examination methods and a breakthrough for evaluation methods.It establishes a diversified assessment method which centers around project learning and encourages initiative.Besides,it promotes the teaching style which focuses upon principles and aims at the application of knowledge.This new evaluation reform has been implemented over the past several years and proved successful.It not only improves students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also gives full play to the potential and creativity of outstanding students.

Abstract:The idea of scholarship of teaching proposed by Boyer expands the connotation and extension of scholarship and balances the relationship between teaching and scientific research in higher education.On the basis of explaining the connotation of the scholarship of teaching, the experience of the reform of teaching evaluation system gained by American universities in the movement of scholarship of teaching was summarized in this paper. It is also suggested in the paper that Chinese universities should establish teachers′teaching development center to provide organizational guarantee for the development of the scholarship of teaching.The teaching academic evaluation system should be built from such four aspects as concept , knowledge, communica?tion and reflection.This paper also suggests that Chinese universities should establish the incentive system of scholarship of teach?ing to improve the inner drive of teachers′ development. Diversified teaching evaluation methods should be used and attention should be paid to process evaluation and strategy suggestions.

Abstract:The advent of the knowledge economy necessitates a transformation in educational paradigms, especially in primary education. This paper examines the recent shift in physical education (PE) within elementary schools, emphasizing a holistic and student-centered approach aligned with the principles of the knowledge economy. It scrutinizes the current landscape of PE evaluation in three primary schools in Longshan County, using surveys of 20 teachers and 300 students, exploring practices, challenges, and perceptions of multiple assessment methodologies. The study finds that contemporary curriculum reforms advocate a departure from traditional, singular academic evaluations. Instead, they emphasize multifaceted assessments incorporating physical fitness, sportsmanship, and attitudes toward healthy living. This shift reflects a broader educational trend prioritizing comprehensive student development over academic achievement. It underscores the integration of diverse evaluations in PE curricula as essential for capturing the multifarious aspects of student growth in line with a more nuanced, knowledge-driven educational context. Through this investigation, the paper contributes significantly to the dialogue in educational strategies within the knowledge economy, highlighting the importance of dynamic, adaptable evaluation systems. These findings underscore the necessity for educational reforms that respond to the evolving demands of society, advocating for policies and practices that foster both theoretical and practical advancements in the realm of PE in primary education.
